Rehabilitation/Remodel

A niche that we have mastered; our experience in apartment complex rehab work is tough to beat. We can also help with commercial buildings and individual homes. We often have projects where the interiors are gutted and remodeled, and the exteriors get new roofing, siding, and windows.

As a C-33 licensed painting company, there is no painting job too large. We have painted thousands of commercial spaces and individual homes, and over 50 apartment complexes. We also have extensive experience working with Home Owners Associations, often doing siding repair before painting.

Lead Abatement - 562910

Our certified employees are qualified in drafting plans to perform abatement and keep older worksites safe. We not only perform the abatement (removal), but can also educate owners on lead related safety issues and options from exposure to encapsulation.

The framing portion of new construction is one portion of work that we bid (as a subcontractor) to help with other general contractors, as our prices are very competetive.

Concrete - 238110

When building from the ground up, we have found that being able to help in the concrete area is well coupled with the framing. Therefore, in new construction, we often pour the concrete on jobs and frame the work with our own crews. We then sub out many of the specialty trades such as sheetrock, plumbing, and electrical.
